The Secretary of State appointment could have an interesting twist

Since General David Petreaus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified materials on April 23, 2015 and was given a two-year probationary period and a fine of $100,000, if he becomes Trump’s Secretary of State, his being able to just go to another country on the nation’s business could be a little difficult for a while unless there really is a legal system for the regular American and another for the privileged.
