Obviously God’s existing without beginning or end is starting to wear on him. Just looking at pictures of Him, He seems older than both Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders, and He is starting to slow down. It could also be that He has found that after doing things too quickly, like creating a universe in just 6 days, He has had too much time on his hands so he had to fill it up with a lot of smiting.  Perhaps, like all of us who are on the other side of our life’s peak, He hasn’t the energy or spirit to “Git’er done”, and just starts something and then just lets it unwind on its own.

In the old days He destroyed Sodom with one blow, taking out all the Homosexuals, and as we all know everyone in that city was a homosexual. It was over and done within an instant.

Then what?

He had to spend His time with floods, wars, earthquakes, toppling a tower and inventing all kinds of languages at the same time.

Jesus died to forgive us for all our sins, but, like with the creation mistake that left God with nothing to do about sinners, after Christ’s death wiped out our sins in Saecula Saeculorum, what was there to do.

That’s why in the 1980s, when He decided, once again, to kill off the Homosexuals, He chose a method that took time.

He invented the AIDS virus, but His age took over and, apparently lacking interest, like the old guy who has gotten tired of telling kids to get off his lawn and just puts up a sign and stays inside watching game shows and the Hallmark Channel, allowed it to start going after everyone willy-nilly.

You would think, however, He might have remembered what had happened, and if and when he decided to do it again, He would have a better plan.

Now, somewhat as before, to some who speak for Him, He has turned on the lawn sprinkler, gone back in the house, and has fallen asleep on the couch.

He has been threatened with a lawsuit by the New York Attorney General’s office if he does not to stop making misleading claims, and, because of state law in California, he has to tell people there that his Silver Solution contains chemicals that “cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.”

Obviously an honest man, as can be seen by his having gone to jail for fraud, Bakker has been telling the viewers of his cable show that civil rights for GLBT people will bring about the slaughtering of  U.S. Christians in the streets, assuming, I guess, they have not already succumbed to the “Homovirus”.

Although not as wide spread as the religious stupidity of the 1980s that allowed for loss of life and something that had a chance to at least get some control over to spread, this foolishness might grow over time and reappear with a new application.

So we Gays are, once again, the targets of a lazy God who has really poor aim, and only His honest minions can save the world for a price,
