Women for America First had recently organized an anti-impeachment rally, “March for Trump”, in Washington D.C. to rally against the House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry, and had hired U.S. Coachways to get the marchers there.
However, the buses never showed up, and the disappointed rally goers, just as the man they support has often done to avoid responsibility for his actions, claimed that the bus company was part of a “deep state” conspiracy aimed at silencing them.
But the explanation is more simple and less sinister. The organizers of the rally had failed to pay the bus company..
U.S. Coachways withheld the buses because the multiple credit card payments made by Women for America First were declined.
As U.S. Coachways’ chief marketing officer Joseph Heap explained,

“We are incredibly disappointed at US Coachways, their actions prevented hundreds of Americans from exercising their first amendment rights and to have their voices heard,”Women for America First said in a statement.
U.S. Coachways, of course, rather than being part of a plot to silence Trump supporters, is a company that prefers to be paid for services rather than supply them for free.
Apparently, not only do Trump’s supporters stand behind him, they want to emulate him.
The Trump campaign has not reimbursed ten cities for public safety costs associated with his rallies, with at least five unpaid bills going back to 2016, for a total of $841,219.
Over his 40 year real estate career, Trump has sometimes refused to pay what some business owners said his companies owed them, as had some workers on construction sites.
Works for the man they support, why not for them?
