Among other things, the big topic during these months was the wait for the Supreme Court decision on marriage equality.
Trump is a terrorist leader.
The purpose of terrorism is to use directed attacks on members of a group to send a message of fear to all the members of that group.
It’s what Gay bashing is all about whether it is physical attack, or the spreading of misinformation by politicians and clergy that encourages others to action while they keep their own hands clean.
When the hateful words of a presidential candidate become the excuse for people to act out on their bigotry to any group, that is promoting terrorism.
When a child collects all her possessions so she can grab them if her family has to move out fast, and in the meantime checks the locks on the doors of her family’s home multiple times before she goes to bed at night because they are Muslims in America, that is the product of terrorism.
When the former Grand Wizard of the KKK, David Duke, says of presidential candidate Donald Trump,

it becomes clear that, if he isn’t playing a role to get attention and stroke his own ego, Trump is a dangerous man who is promoting terrorism and is tacitly encouraging people to act on their bigotry, something they may have avoided until he began accelerating hate speech in his campaign appearances.
Sophia, a Muslim girl from Texas, is so afraid the military is going to come and take her and her family away, members of the armed services have been tweeting that their job is to protect every American, Sophia included, and they will do the job they have sworn to do.
I am sure that Sophia is not the only child who is afraid, as many see the armed protests outside their mosques and have heard the reports of the Christmas acts of arson at various mosques throughout the country, while news channels continue to cover Trump’s speeches where he rails against Muslims as people who are bent on destroying the United States and against whom severe steps must be taken if a person wants to protect this country, as if all Muslims are extremists and a threat.
He may not be blowing people up, lighting fires, or physically attacking people, but he is very effective at inciting others to act on their prejudices because he has led them to believe it is the patriotic thing to do.

Senator Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma is chair of the Environment and Public Works Committee.
Last winter he took to the Senate floor intending to dispute climate change, but instead revealed how uninformed he is and continues to choose to be.
He proudly stated as he brandished a snowball,
“In case we had forgotten, because we keep hearing that 2014 has been the warmest year on record, I ask the chair, do you know what this is? It’s a snowball, just from outside here. It’s very, very cold out.”
Mr. Inhofe then tossed his snowball at the Chair.
The senator showed that he does not understand that global warming is a long-term and worldwide trend. Being cold at one place on the Earth at one point in time does not disprove global warming and man’s involvement in helping it along.
Global warming is a long term condition while weather changes from day to day.
According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, “If the land surface records were systematically flawed and the globe had not really warmed, then it would be almost impossible to explain the concurrent changes in this wide range of indicators produced by many independent groups.
The warming of the climate system is unequivocal.”
The 2000s had set a decadal temperature record, but Inhofe holds that
